Meet our founder

  • Lauren Coppin

    Lauren is a senior operator with 18+ years of experience embedding into leadership teams across adtech, data, SaaS and beyond — leading transformation, commercial strategy, GTM operations and AI adoption across global, multi-market businesses.

    With an analytical background and experience spanning the start-up world — from Business Development to Solutions — she blends technical know-how with sharp commercial expertise. Having worked across the UK, US, Europe and Africa, and with three exits under her belt, Lauren is well versed in both implementing and surviving change, and in gearing businesses up for what comes next.

    Prosci certified in change management and currently completing MIT Sloan & MIT CSAIL's AI: Implications for Business Strategy — she believes AI won't steal people's jobs, but those who harness AI effectively will.
